Due to work, (really lah), I am back to Tokyo again. This time I took Carryme to do some exploration (after work). Touched down and checked into Shinagawa Strings which is a lovely hotel. Opened the box, screwed on the pedals, flick open the bike and I was out on the bike path in no time.
I rode to the direction of tokyo tower, snapped afew photo of the carry me with the lovely view and grab some dinner... it will be a long meeting tomorrow.. I guess my only chance to ride is morning.... Here are first shots of Carryme at Tokyo. I know it looks like a clown bike, but strangely it works and it works just fine! I got to go change the seat to something more comfy though.....

We shd both go riding with our Ferrari Red CM one day soon! Keep those pics of Tokyo coming TW.
ReplyDeletei also need to swap out my carryme's saddle to something more comfy. i saw this one guy use ISM saddles, the kind with the groove in the middle, and he says it helps making the fold more compact because he can fold the handlebar stem in the groove. nice idea eh?
ReplyDeletenice tokyo tower! agree with the seat part!
ReplyDeleteKeep going, man. Keep snapping. I think with a bike we can go a lot further in exploration of the location. It brings more joy and learning at a much faster pace than walking. Driving is a no no with inconvenience of parking; not to mention an unexpected fine that could buy you another Carryme! Please check if you get some good buys for Carryme eg. bike bag or even saddle. Japan could have these nice stuff.
ReplyDeleteBring the CarryMe to the meetings, the folk there may have foldies too and can do some exploration after work!
ReplyDeleteDid u check in as a luggage or carry on flight?
wah.. u make me want to run to get one for myself :P
ReplyDeleteAnother CM trip done earlier in Malacca :)

ReplyDeleteDinner, with supplier! Hope you are not drunk...sake, sake and more sake.LOL
ReplyDeleteDo post more photo! There is actually a carryme Tandem Tri-Ride! Pretty unique!
@ Francis. Is he the one who started all the bike poison?
