Belt drive assistance for carrying bicycles up steps
This is not for powering a bicycle but to assist the rider to "pull" the bicycle up the bridge. Seen at Seoul and kindly shared by Axl Loon from Lovecyclingsg facebook. This is a good feature and it makes carrying a bike over a bridge light work. Very cool!
