Belt drive assistance for carrying bicycles up steps

This is not for powering a bicycle but to assist the rider to "pull" the bicycle up the bridge. Seen at Seoul and kindly shared by Axl Loon from Lovecyclingsg facebook. This is a good feature and it makes carrying a bike over a bridge light work. Very cool!

Celebrating small wins! The bridge near Yio Chun Kang road/AMK features a ramp for bicycle. Photo credit Tan Soo Meng. SG is changing slowly to be more bike friendly. This is a good example! Hope to see more bike infrastructure in our neighbour hood!
