I have owned this Moulton TSR 30 for close to 10 years.
Here is it, used for rambling along the Punggol PCN.
Its a nice comfortable ride, the most compliant bike I have. The frame is amazingly rigid but with the suspension, u don't get jolted until ur teeth fillings come out. This is a design classic that stands the rigours of time. You don't find too many of them here but there are some in Singapore.
And yes, i do take care of my bikes and give them a polish once in a while. :)
I’ve sold all my vintage road bikes (about 4) and thought of buying a bike with smaller wheel. I’m toying with the idea of a Brompton which is compact, neat and able to store away neatly. Yet I’m also attracted to Moulton. I wish to only own one bike after minimizing my life. This will be leisure bike to cycle around PCN in S’pore. I wish to invest in one that can last the test of time OR can be upgrade or downgrade with changing needs without having to change a bike. Can I have your honest feedback since you’ve own a Moulton for 10 years? Maureen
