LTA to be coordinating agency for cycling related issues.

We get so much feedback and complaints on cycling.  Sadly its not very clear who owns it. Until now!
Now for the record, LTA will be the agency to go to for cycling related issues.  Now where is the direct feedback link from LTA? The most relevant thing I see on LTA site on cycling is this. Thats not too professional and informative is it? I hope LTA can update this soon.
